1) ACCEPTANCE

"Visitor" means a person who is the subject of, and has accessed the Sandwich Express website domain sandwichexpress.com either for, browsing purposes, or with intent to open an account whilst still being present at the preliminary stages of account activation, and hereby not possessing the means necessary to carry out transactions and book deliveries. "Member" means a person, organisation, or entity who is the subject of and has been granted an account, and is capable of using, and is authorised to use the account in question as is necessary, and has logged into the account with the proper credentials, and has the means necessary hereof to carry out transactions and book deliveries as solicited by the account holder. 4) CONTENT All available graphics, texts, and software modules are rendered to enable comfort, clarity, and assistance in placing orders on this website. We provide you with the option to order food and drink as is available from the website's daily menu. For your own convenience, you can print a summary of your order prior to hitting the "Confirm" button. Please note that, due to the fact that at this stage you may still modify or cancel your order altogether, this printout: Only an invoice, whether tangible in paper form, or intangible on the website, can count as proof of an existing and accurate order, and may be used as evidence against an error on our part, be it a delivery and/or a billing error. Visitors Cart Every visitor to our online shop will be given a 'Visitors Cart'. This allows the visitor to store their products in a temporary shopping cart. Once the visitor leaves the online shop, so will the contents of their shopping cart. Members Cart Every member to our online shop that logs in is given a 'Members Cart'. This allows the member to add products to their shopping cart, and come back at a later date to finalise their checkout. All products remain in their shopping cart until the member has checked them out, or removed the products themselves. 5) ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS All orders submitted through our website are confirmed by e-mail, by fax, or by telephone after submission. No order should be deemed to be accepted without this confirmation. All orders are fulfilled subject to these terms and conditions. Our delivery service is operational Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM in the areas where applicable. A minimum transaction amount of £25.00 is required to complete an order. Should the total order amount result in being out of threshold, you will not be granted further access in the formation of the order, and hence, book a delivery. Orders placed before 10:00 AM shall be delivered the next day, or any other day upon request by the client. Orders placed after 10:00 AM shall require an additional day in reaching you. It might not be possible for us to accept orders from certain locations. It is your responsibility to verify that your location qualifies for delivery. Should you be billed for an order that you placed whereby we do not deliver to your location, you shall be recredited for the amount you paid minus all additional surcharges made payable to us by your creditor as merchant fees, minus additional administration costs arising from that transaction. 6) LIABILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY The following consist of both the client's and the merchant's responsibilities.
