How do I register?
There are two ways in which an account can be registered - either prior to entering into an order by creating an account first and then proceding to shop thereafter, or during the process itself of placing an order whereby you are prompted later on to log into your account to proceed to checkout.
How do I unsubscribe?
Should you wish to terminate your account with Sandwich Express, you can do so by notifying us by e-mail and by providing us with your credentials for identification (your password is not required). For more on this, please refer to term (8) from our Terms & Conditions.
Do I have to submit my banking information or any cards to open an account on this website?
No. None of your bank details, credit/debit cards are required to activate an account. Those details are collected once you start placing orders.
How secure is it to shop on this website?
We have registered and installed Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates to ensure that your billing information gets sent in encrypted form. Furthermore, our web server is equipped with a Firewall to prevent hackers from attacking our website and stealing your data. Due to the fact that data transmission occuring over the internet cannot always be considered safe, we offer no clear cut guarantees of achieving 100% security.
Can I pay by direct debit?
No. We take card payment only. Research has found that people are normally reluctant to give out their bank account number. It is for this purpose that we do not solicit direct debit payment.
Are there any other charges to pay for besides the food and drink, such as surcharges, VAT, or delivery costs?
No. Providing that your bill is settled with a compliant credit/debit card, there are no other charges to pay for. VAT is included in the price and deliveries are totally free of charge.
Are there any particular criteria to place an order?
A minimum transaction amount of £25.00 is required to complete an order. Should the total order amount result in being out of threshold, you will not be granted further access in the formation of the order, and hence, book a delivery. Furthermore, your location must be valid to be eligible for delivery. For more on this, please refer to term (5) from our Terms & Conditions.
How soon do you deliver?
Orders placed before 10:00 AM shall be delivered the next day, or any other day upon request. Orders placed after 10:00 AM shall require an additional day in reaching you.
Are there any set days during the week that you deliver?
Our free of charge delivery service is operational from Monday to Friday during the hours 10:00 - 11:30 in the areas where applicable.
Can I change my mind and change an order, or cancel altogether?
So long as you have not entered into a transaction, you may still amend, or cancel your order. For more on this, please refer to term (9) from our Terms & Conditions.
In the event that you make an error, am I entitled to a refund?
Yes you can. In the event of a picking error on our part, you shall be entitled to a full refund on any unsolicited goods left unclaimed and billed for. It is required that a Sandwich Express courier be present as a witness to our mistake.
Is logging in to the account a prerequisite for placing orders?
No. It is not necessary to be logged in to the account prior to ordering as you are prompted for your logon information later in the shopping process. It is entirely up to you as to whether you choose to log in to the account first and order later, or start shopping straight away and then log in at the prompt.
How do I go by placing an order on this website?
This question can be better answered through illustrations. Below follows a step by step process to help guide you through. We are assuming here that you already have an existing account.

  • - On the left hand corner of the page under the heading "Daily Menu", select any food category of your choice e.g. Sandwiches or Salads. Click here for illustration.

  • - You may further encounter several product attributes such as e.g. bread kind or salad dressing. If you do, make your selection herein and click once again on "Add To Cart". Click here for illustration.

  • Step 4
  • - In this section, you will be presented with three options. You may manually change the quantity of your order or remove the contents altogether by selecting the "remove" check box followed by clicking on "Update", or alternatively, you can continue shopping for more by clicking on "Continue Shopping", or you can proceed straight to checkout by clicking on "Checkout".   • - Here, you ensure to have the correct delivery address displayed. If all is well, hit "Continue" to proceed further. Click here for illustration.

  • - In this section, you add your billing details. You are also given the option to add additional notes to your order such as the prefered delivery date and further instructions. To proceed with your order, hit "Continue". Click here for illustration.
